Los Gatos Swim and Racquet club has a team of qualified trainers,
specialized in all aspects of training to help get to the next level and
achieve your fitness objectives. Through private and semi-private sessions, our trainers can help you those
10 pounds, run that 10 K in less than 45 minutes, or add that definition and
strength to your body you have been planning.

through one-on-one attention. You'll be setup on an exercise program that is

How do I find the right Personal Trainer? Selecting a trainer is as much a personal choice as it is a technical
choice. Review the trainers' qualifications (also available at the club) or
contact the Fitness Director to help you in making your decision.
How many Sessions will I need? That is up to you and your trainer. Some members want only a base program,
which take two weeks; Others, want to see results quickly or enjoy the
experience and education while working with their trainer.
What are Fitness Orientations? Not familiar with the fitness center? All new members receive a
complimentary orientation to become acquainted and get you started with a
basic exercise program.
What are the costs associated with a personal trainer? Our rates are highly reasonable and very competitive. Please refer to our
