How do I
find the right Personal Trainer?
Selecting a trainer is as much a personal choice as it is a technical
choice. Review the trainers' qualifications
(also available at the club) or contact the Fitness
Director to help you in making your decision.
How many
Sessions will I need?
That is up to you and your trainer. Some members want only a base
program, which take two weeks; Others, want to see results quickly or
enjoy the experience and education while working with their trainer.
What are
Fitness Orientations?
Not familiar with the fitness center? All new members receive a
complimentary orientation to become acquainted and get you started with a
basic exercise program.
What are
the costs associated with a personal trainer?
Our rates are highly reasonable and very competitive.
