Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club is dedicated to get you in shape, and to help you stay in shape. Our certified instructors teach a variety of group exercise classes from cycle ("spinning"), body sculpting, workouts in the water or aqua-aerobics classes, to kickboxing and yoga.
We offer a variety of ways to increase your fitness, help reduce your stress, and better your health at Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club. Please consult the Group Exercise Class detailed descriptions below, for a workout that best meets your needs. We offer a number of programs from women's weight training to Junior Cardio Conditioning, and Junior Weight Training classes: Our current class schedule is

Los Gatos Swim and Racquet club has a team of qualified trainers, specialized in all aspects of training to help get to the next level and achieve your fitness objectives. Through private and semi-private sessions, our trainers can help you those 10 pounds, run that 10 K in less than 45 minutes, or add that definition and strength to your body you have been planning.
